Wedding Catering

We offer two wedding breakfast packages, the buffet and the family style. These are based on a hog roast, however we can build these packages around either a Lamb Roast or Chicken Rotisserie.

We also offer several additional extras depending on the level of catering you require including canapese and desserts, please see these at the bottom and let us know in the special requirement box if you would like either included in your quote.

The Wedding Breakfast - Buffet Style

  • A ‘Porky Pig’ Chef/s to Set Up, Roast, Carve & Serve the Hog
  • Waiting Staff to Lay the Crockery/Cutlery, Serve the Buffet, Clear Tables & General Service
  • Genuine Crockery & Silverware with Quality Disposable Napkins
  • A Gazebo for the Hog Roast & Lighting if Needed
  • A Clothed Serving Table, with Chafing Dishes and Service Bowls (The Buffet Can Be Served Indoors if More Appropriate)
