Our staff’s collective experience in corporate and hotel hospitality means we are not just coming to your event to cook and carve – we also provide a service with a smile and professionalism.
The events we cater for range hugely both in scale and occasion. For example, the traditional hog roast makes for a popular option for the evening meal at weddings, whilst being equally well suited to the wedding breakfast itself. Beyond weddings, the hog roast is a very good solution for catering events of any size, ranging from smaller groups to in excess of a thousand.
We pride ourselves on cooking and preparing all foods fresh at the events. This includes roasting our rotisserie hogs, lambs, and chickens etc on site from fresh. Which of course makes for a longer day on site, however well worth the mouth-watering results this method of cooking assures.
Great importance is placed in sourcing our hogs and lambs locally and as such we have built a good relationship with our Local Butcher, who also supplies us with our BBQ meats which are prepared in house to order. Artisan breads are supplied by our local bakery.
